The Company will issue the assured amount as stated in the policy to the beneficiary or rightful heir as declared by the insured once the cause of death of the insured has been proven.
**Further explanation for the insured’s loss of life coverage that has been declared as a permanent disablement individual before 65 years of age. When the insured’s employee status has been terminated due to the permanent disability condition, the Company will extend the life coverage to the aforementioned insured in equivalent of the insured period before the incurred but no more than 12 months. If the insured deceased under the permanent disability condition during the extension period and the policy is still in validity, the Company will issue the assured amount to the beneficiary.
