Review of Payout Outcome under Life Insurance Contract

     To ensure our accuracy, transparency, fairness, and verifiability in line with the good governance principles, we provide channels for the insured, beneficiaries, and eligible claimants to seek a review of a payout outcome under a life insurance contract. We take this matter seriously. Your request will be addressed and taken care of.

     You can request a review of a payout outcome by submitting relevant information and evidence along with enclosing a copy of your identification card (Please certify the copy of your identification card and sign all relevant documents.) through the following channels:

**We will conduct a review of a payout outcome within our timeframe. However, the review must not take more than 30 days
from the date we receive your review request or all required additional evidence.

Note: The above period will be counted from the date we receive all required valid documents.
