Bangkok Life Assurance PCL received 2nd place Insurance Company with Outstanding Management for the year 2021 from Mr. Arkhom Termpittayapaisith, Minister of Finance, chairman of the ceremony. The award was organized by the Office of Insurance Commission (OIC and was received by Ms. Jaruwan Limkhunthammo, Head of Accounting and Finance Division of Bangkok Life Assurance PCL. The event was organized at the Hall 12, Impact Exhibition and Convention Centre, Muang Thong Thani.

Bangkok Life Assurance took home the Great Design Award for the mid-size booth (210-255 square meters) from the 22nd Money Expo Bangkok which was organized in the theme titled “Wealth to Wellness”. The award was given by Dr. Sethaput Suthiwartnarueput, Governor, Bank of Thailand for the Money & Banking Awards 2022.

ISO 27701:2019 Personal Data Management System
Bangkok Life Assurance takes priority in safeguarding personal data of our customers. To ensure security and confidentiality of our customers’ data, Bangkok Life has raised the standard of personal data protection to meet the needs and expectation of our customers whilst complying with applicable regulations pertaining to usage, sales services and after-sales services. This standard is also applicable to how we manage personal data of our personnel. Bangkok Life Assurance PCL is the first life insurance company to receive the ISO 27701 which also encompasses personal data management for company personnel.

2015 Call Center Award
The Company received high honor for the year 2015 from the Office of the Consumer Protection Board for its customer call center providing effective and high-quality service in finding solutions for problems encountered by the Company’s consumers.
The prestigious award attests to the efficiency and quality of service given by the Company’s customer service center in receiving and finding solutions for problems. Bangkok Life Assurance emphasises the importance of providing excellent service both in receiving complaints and finding solutions with sincerity and integrity to all without any discrimination. The Company also focuses on personnel effectiveness management and information technology systems development. Currently the Company has a variety of communication channels for the convenience of its customers, including Call Center, Customer Service Center (CSC) at the Headquarter office, Branches nationwide, and also Online channel such as Company website and Facebook page.

Bangkok Life Assurance received ISO/IEC 27001:2013
Bangkok Life Assurance was awarded a certification of compliance with the ISO/IEC 27001:2013 standard, a certification for information management systems (ISMS), by Bureau Veritas Services Future Applications (Thailand). ISO/IEC 27001:2013 is a universal standard focusing on security for enterprise data management systems, especially for important data as well as indicated as a benchmark for extensively strengthen the information systems of organisations so that businesses can operate without interruption.
Consequently, Bangkok Life Assurance PLC has been certified as ISO/IEC 27001:2013 compliant under the framework of information security management systems for data center infrastructure, Facilities management and operation controls, excluding software, Application design and development.

The Company received “Thailand’s Top Corporate Brands 2015” award which was presented to 19 organisations from 19 business industrial segments in Thailand registered in the Stock Exchange of Thailand with the highest corporate brand values. This award was presented to create awareness of corporate brand value, which is an important factor in driving business towards sustainability. Bangkok Life Assurance is a company registered under insurance and life assurance business segment with the highest corporate brand value of 56,117 million Baht according to research on “The Evaluation and Ranking of Thailand's Corporate Brands”. This research work received research excellence award from the National Research Council of Thailand (NRCT) in 2014.

on evaluation and ranking Thailand’s corporate branding
Faculty of Commerce and Accountancy, Chulalongkorn
University. The Company has a growth rate of 34.95
percent, with brand corporate worth of 35,210 million Baht.
The Corporate Financial Statement has a continuous
development growth rate for three years in marketing
development, accounting, finance and including stock and
net sales significantly.

The Bangkok Life Assurance (Public) Company Limited is the first life insurance company to be awarded the ISO 9001:2008 certification of the International Certification Ltd., Auckland New Zealand (ICL) for the operation of life, branch and group insurance. It then received the Best Quality Management Awards 2012 for having consistently maintained the ISO 9001 quality standard for over 9 years. Every employee is prepared…..for service, prepared….to greet customers, honestly and sincerely, and to extend its up-to-standard service to all branches in the future. At present, the Company has extended its quality management standard through branches that have achieved this quality standard, totaling over 30 branches in every region.
